FAQ's

What do I do with my bed frame?

You should check to see if there are any indentations or bowing to your bed foundation as this will affect the mattress. If there are you should replace the bed frame.

What type of bed frame should I get?

Our mattress works on almost any bed foundation with few exceptions. Most common are listed below. Call for any questions!

  • Platform, Panel, Sleigh, Murphy, Trundle, Adjustable, Standard, Daybed, Poster, Canopy, Bunk, Storage

If the foundation has slats on the bottom connecting two sides of the foundation make sure the slats are supported down the center with some type of center piece. Feel free to call us with questions.

How would you rate the firmness of the select hybrids?

We have two versions of our hybrid. The firm and standard version. The standard comes in at a 5.5 on a scale of 1-10 while the firm comes in at an 8. The standard is best for side sleepers. Our firm version offers more support, but the same comfort level, so it is best for back sleepers or any individual who prefers a firmer mattress.

What does your mattress do for the spine?

Both mattresses work to support and comfort to give you the best posture when you sleep! Pay close attention to the upward push from our comfort layer to put the spine in the best place possible compared to the illustration. Our mattress does not contour, but reacts against your body to balance and distribute your weight.

The line created by your body and the mattress should be very straight like pictured below. Our mattress does just that.

What is the difference between other mattresses?

We are the first in the market to put two layers of coils so close to the sleep surface. Ultimately this fights body impressions that are seen in other mattresses giving it a longer life. When you lay on it you can feel the relief your pressure points get! Those two layers push air out the side, so it keeps your body cool!

Do you offer white glove service and setup?

We offer white glove service to Hickory NC and surrounding areas. Please call to see if you qualify.

Does your bed reduce motion transfer?

Absolutely! Our hybrid beds isolate motion, so all sleepers do not feel the other move. The motion isolation is great for mom and dads who have young children in the bed! You can see in the below illustration when one side is pushed down the other spring coils do not move!
